Istra Marine Elektronika d.o.o is a Company founded after a long period of work in the shipbuilding industry. It was established due to a great market demand of Companies willing and having sufficient knowledge to offer good solutions in the fild of the ship's electrics-ectronics and ship's automation equipment.

In the mid '90s on the foundations of the well-known Croatian Merchant Shipbuilding of worldwide reputation there commenced establishment of continually increasing number of small shipyards specialized in building small ships. Some of them already have a multigenerational tradition in the constructin of small boats, but others have just started to gain their own experience.

During adaptation to the requirements of that very rigorous system of quality and values, specialized firms were needed in order to offer both advice and equipment in accordance with their experience gained in its exploitation.

IME is purposefully organized to meet even the most complex requirements of its clients and lately it can also offer top quality electric equipment being the main representative and distributor of the reputable Italian Producer and Distributor the Reba di Garbarino.
